Shipment: Downloadable items are available immediately following payment. Other in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of your order. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours.

Returns: If there is a problem with your order, contact us at once so we can resolve it as soon as possible. Should you wish to return a shipped item, contact us within five days of receipt for authorization. Authorized returns will be exchanged or refunded upon receipt in good condition.
